Ready to Read Tuesday, 02 March 2010 16:49   Mark your calendars now for the Ready to Read event, which will be held April 28th and April 29th. Children ages 6 months to 6 years are invited to attend with an adult. Fun stations of crafts and activities will be set up all day. All activities will be based on the six pre-reading skills. No registration is required. Last Updated on Friday, 12 February 2010 16:41   Library Board makes cuts for 2010 Calendar Year Wednesday, 28 October 2009 00:00   The Canal Fulton Public Library will reduce hours in 2010 as a part of a plan to reduce expenditures due to a loss of $200,000 in state library funding from the 2008 funding level. Due to the continuing loss of tax dollars, the Library Board at the December 9, 2009 meeting voted to reduce the number of hours the library will be open in 2010 from the 2009 level of 72 hours per week to 58 hours per week.  The new 2010 hours will be 9 am to 8 pm Monday through Thursday and 10 am to 5 pm Friday and Saturday.  The new hours will go into effect on Saturday, January 2, 2010 Last Updated on Wednesday, 27 January 2010 14:59 Read more...   Register Now for Computer Classes! Wednesday, 25 November 2009 17:50   Register now for computer classes coming up in January, February, March, and April.  Classes are held in the library using our very own computer lab.  Class sizes are limited to eight students per class so sign up before classes are filled!  Each student has access to their own computer, so pleny of hands-on instruction is available.  Each class is approximately 90 minutes long.  Call 330.854.4148 to register or click below.
