To kick off Teen Tech Week, teens ages 12-18 are invited to an After hours Xbox 360 gaming event. Friday, March 2, 2012 5-8pm. Have some food and play some new games such as: Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare, Left 4 Dead 2, Gears of War 3, and GoldenEye:007 Reloaded. This event is Free! Due to the nature of these video games, Parental Permission is required. Please print off the attached form and return to the library.

March 3rd from 2-4:30 p.m. is the Junior Friends Pizza Showdown--The tastiest event in town. For the small price of, $2.50 you will recieve a small slice from 5 different pizzas. Pick the tastiest pizza to be labeled as the best pizza in Canal Fulton.

Monday March 5, 6:30 PM. Join us as Master Gardener Eunice Shonk shares with us tips on starting seeds indoors.

Starting seeds is a thrifty alternative to purchasing flower and vegetable plants. All the basics are covered to get the home gardener ready for the planting season!

The Canal Fulton Public Library needs a few good formal dresses!! We are looking for clean and gently worn formal dresses.  Donations of ‘like new’ formal dresses will be accepted at the Reference Desk until April 7.

The Canal Fulton Public Library location will be hosting its first ever Operation Prom Dress on Saturday April 14. Teens planning to attend a formal dance may stop in and try on dresses, and purchase for a nominal fee the one they like best.

Curl up with a good book or listen to an audio book! By participating in Let It Snow!  our Winter Reading Program, you can do all of these things, and also have the chance to win a Kobo Touch ereader. Its easy to join, simply stop by the Reference Desk and give them your name and phone number and pick up some entry forms. Many thanks to the Praxair's Library Links Foundation for their generous donation of $20,000 to the Friends of the Canal Fulton Library!These funds were used to update the Library's Public Computers and computer desks. Help identify your ancestors: Local History Pictures are now on Flick'r!

You can access the local history pictures in two ways: From the library's website, you can click on the About Us tab, then click Memory Project. Click here to see the pictures! Or you can access the pictures by visiting flickr.com and search for Canal Fulton Public Library. Either way you will see a number of pictures of people for whom there are no identifications. There are both individual and group pictures. Help preserve your ancestors' spot in history. Just create an account in Flick'r and add identification notes to our pictures. Or call the library at 330.854.4148 and ask to speak to the reference staff.
