Join our Local History Librarian as we wander around town looking into the life and practice of Dr. Hiram Dissinger. Devoted yet macabre; generous though hostile; both a healer and a mystery: such may describe the crouching, shadowy duality of the man who stands illuminated as perhaps Canal Fulton’s most beloved but also most controversial physician.
